Applicable taxes apply, including a General Excise Tax (4.712%), a Transient Accommodations Tax (10.25%), a booking fee (3.5%). Rates and minimum nights apply and are subject to change.

A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
